Welcome to Felix Fitness, and to Dynamic Fitness Training, where we focus on bringing you the latest and greatest exercise methods, via our Jump Rope Training Programme.

 

This is a new, fun and exciting course designed to help you to get the most out of yourself and your clients, via our Jump Rope Dynamics Course. Here you’ll learn the jump rope fitness training techniques that can help people burn up to 1000 calories per hour as we teach you how to use just a skipping rope and body weight to empower your clients whilst making them fitter, faster and leaner at the same time (plus, you’ll soon be able to dazzle everyone in the gym or park with your new skills)... What’s more, we’d like to bet that both you and your clients will find our jump rope workouts enjoyable and varied, not to mention a quick and efficient way of staying in great shape.
