Dominic Felix

Head Trainer

Dominic has been an exercise professional for over six years. As an athlete and boxer with a penchant for CrossFit, he embodies what he believes in; that fusing different approaches to fitness and training methods helps make one into the best and strongest possible version of oneself. Everything Dominic learns in his own training, both physical and mental, helps him to better train and understand his clients. He’ll push you, and hard, to get the results you want, but you’ll have fun along the way. Call him the facilitator of dreams, he’ll help you get your mindset right, as well as your body honed, because the combination is unbeatable.

 

 

 

Curtis Felix

Deputy Head Trainer

Since the day his father introduced him to the gym, Curtis has loved the discipline and rigours of training. By channelling his internal energy and transferring his showmanship into boxing, he’s won several competitions (and competed over thirty five times in total). In 2012, Curtis became novice Amateur Boxing Association London champion and was a National semi-finalist. It’s this kind of experience, combined with his extensive knowledge of anatomy and physiology that makes Curtis such a dynamic fitness professional. If you’d like to use your body weight and a skipping rope (a.k.a. jump rope) to get into the best physical and mental shape of your life, Curtis is your man.

 

 

 

David Kennedy

Quality Assurance Director & Elite TrainerDavid is a dedicated professional who never cuts corners. He’s an exercise expert and also our Quality Assurance Director (which, in layman’s terms means he makes sure that you, the client, is getting everything you need). A Personal Trainer offering bold, dynamic and progressive sessions that will challenge and reward you, David’s also a bit of an expert in injury and rehab. Put quite simply, he’ll you reach your potential and can deliver the results you need.

Because we use a wide variety of training methods and techniques, we can work with anyone and everyone, regardless of differing fitness levels, strength, goals or aspirations. So whether you’re looking to lose a dress size, tone up for the summer, run a 10k or quite simply take care of yourself with a sense of healthy living and exercise, we have it covered, offering fitness classes, personal training and specialist exercise prescription. But if there’s one bit of common ground we try to create amongst all our clients, it’s that they enjoy their time training with us.
