Our kettlebell class is an intense workout class, held four times a week. Remember, no machine can replicate what your own body can do, but kettlebells can help push you that extra mile because they add load that is easily held for use during functional movements (so you have to switch your core on every time, unlike with fixed resistance machines). Using kettlebells to train for strength and endurance, in combination with boxing training, guarantees an energizing, beneficial, all-body workout.
